My mission

To raise awareness of the vital role preconception care plays for both men and women in optimising their fertility, improving pregnancy outcomes and shaping the future health of their child

How did I get here?

I have always been fascinated by how the body works and would consider myself a real foodie so when I moved abroad to see what the expat lifestyle had in store, I decided to retrain as a nutritional therapist.

My passion for helping others stems from my own fertility journey. After experiencing the heartbreak of repeated miscarriages, I uncovered that my thyroid was the root cause. The insights I learnt from working with a nutritional therapist and carrying out my own investigations, helped me to make targeted changes to my diet and lifestyle, and this led to wonderful life-changing results.

Today, I’m a proud mum of two and dedicated to supporting couples on their own journey to parenthood. Based in Luxembourg, I work with clients globally via my online practice, combining my expertise and personal experience to deliver compassionate and transformative care.

My Approach

Personalised

I consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one-size fits all’ approach. I’ll take the time to truly understand your personal situation to create a tailored plan that helps you to achieve your goals.

Holistic

Having a baby is a whole-body event so I adopt a holistic approach to fertility to help you prepare both your mind and body for success. This approach takes into consideration nutrition, lifestyle and environmental factors to optimise emotional and physical well-being, focusing on supporting the whole person rather than merely addressing individual symptoms.

Evidence-based

My recommendations are rooted in the latest scientific and medical research and my ongoing professional development keeps me at the forefront of nutritional science. This enables me to build on my skills and expertise so that I can give you the best possible guidance. I also trained for an additional 12 months with fertility expert Sandra Greenbank and I’m now a practitioner at the Fertility Nutrition Centre (FNC).
